🚚 Delivery Terms in Israel
Pre-order Delivery:
Free Delivery:
- For orders of 500 ₪ and above
- Delivery is carried out by courier service throughout Israel
- Delivery time: 2-14 business days from order completion
Paid Delivery:
- For orders under 500 ₪ – delivery cost is 45 ₪
- Delivery is carried out by courier service throughout Israel
- Delivery time: 7-14 business days from order completion
Pre-order Specifics:
- Items are crafted individually after order placement
- Production time: 10-21 business days (depending on item complexity)
- Upon completion, you will receive notification of order dispatch
🔄 Return Policy
In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law
Right to Cancel Order:
Before Production Begins:
- Order cancellation is possible within 14 days of placement
- Full refund of paid amount (including delivery costs)
- Cancellation notice must be provided in writing
After Production Begins:
- Cancellation is only possible in exceptional circumstances
- Upon cancellation, customer compensates for work already performed and materials used
Return of Completed Items:
Grounds for Return:
- Significant manufacturing defects
- Non-compliance with ordered specifications (size, color, material)
- Damage sustained during transportation
Return Timeline:
- Return notification: within 14 days of receipt
- Item return: within 14 days of notification
Return Conditions:
- Item must be in original condition
- Original packaging preserved
- All documents included (receipt, certificate, care instructions)
Refund Process:
- Return review: up to 14 business days
- Refund processing: within 14 days after return approval
- Refund issued using the same payment method
Exceptions:
- Items made to individual measurements/designs are non-returnable (except in case of defects)
- Personalized items (engraving, custom inscriptions) are non-returnable
- Items that have lost their appearance due to customer fault
Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
- In case of defects or seller error – costs covered by the store
